The inaugural event under the Asiera (Advancing Services for Irish Education, Research & Academia) brand builds on the legacy of the HEAnet Conference, established in 2001 and celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Over the past two decades, the event has become Ireland’s leading gathering for the education and research sector.

Each year we bring together researchers, educators, technologists and policy leaders from across universities, research organisations, government and industry to exchange ideas, tackle emerging challenges and strengthen collaboration.

The Full Delegate Registration Fee includes:

  • Entry ticket to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening (includes light evening buffet)

  • Admission to all conference sessions and workshops

  • Invitation to the Asiera Gala Dinner on Wednesday event (includes four-course meal with wine)

  • Lunch provided on Wednesday and Thursday

  • Refreshment breaks throughout the event

  • Two nights’ accommodation, including a full Irish breakfast each morning

Group Bookings & Purchase Orders

We warmly welcome group bookings to the Conference. If you would like to organise a group booking or require a Purchase Order for making your booking, please email events@conferenceorganisers.ie

Payment Information and Terms:

  • All payments must be received in advance of the deadline dates stated above on promotional offers

  • €50 administration fee will be charged for any changes made to confirmed bookings   

  • Registrants may transfer their confirmed registration to a colleague (subject to €50.00 administration fee)

  • Payments can be made online via credit/debit card – Visa and Mastercard only accepted

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer – Invoice issued on completion of Online Registration

  • Payment can be made by invoice with valid purchase order number, and payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date

  • Refunds will be processed after the conference and are subject to a deduction of any bank service charges or administration fees
